download. The binaries are available via an install. The source is available by

The fyiReporting Software RDL Project 3 is released under the terms of the
Apache License Version 2. This license allows you to use the RDL Project 3
libraries and programs in either open source or commercial applications as long
as you credit fyiReporting Software, LLC.

install is your best choice. This installation has been tested on Microsoft
Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Vista. To uninstall use Control Panel then pick
Add or Remove Programs and finally pick fyiReporting RDL Project 3.
